Support for what comes next.

Bloom helps young adults build practical life skills, confidence, and connection through small-group learning.

Four ways Bloom supports growth.

Our services are shaped around personal goals and shared experiences, helping young adults build skills, explore their interests, and find their place in the community.

A supportive community

How groups work.

Sessions focus on exploring each individual’s personal interests and goals to plan and participate in activities that will strengthen the wide variety of life skills needed to support each individual’s ability to live meaningfully and independently.

Bloom believes community is fostered between clients and families when individuals spend time with others with whom they share common ground.

  1. 1. Small Groups

8-10 participants grouped by interest and compatibility.

  2. 2. Shared Experiences

    Build friendships through meaningful activities.

  3. 3. A Stronger Community
